Ortoclima non-woven fabric is the agrotextile with the best structural, application and performance characteristics.
It combines ecological respect and ease of use, resistance to atmospheric agents and versatility.
Its structure allows for high transpiration and air exchange with the outside, whilst acting as a barrier against the wind.
It is also designed to allow water to enter, avoiding dehydration, protecting it from rain, hail and parasites.
Develops seeds and creates ideal growing conditions for open-field or greenhouse crops, without impeding the natural biological processes of the soil.
APPLICATIONS
The excellent protection that Ortoclima offers is used not only to bring forward the harvest, but also to extend the vegetation period.
WHEN TO USE
Ortoclima is installed after sowing or planting, leaving the right distance between the sheet and the ground for the growth of the plants.
It can remain on the plants until shortly before harvest, removal should only be done under cloudy skies or in the evening hours, given that at that time the temperature difference between the outside air and the microclimate is slight.
The removed sheet will be cleaned, rolled up and stored in a dark place until next use.
